	Brava-Italia has an initial citrus flavor with a caramel/vanilla finish without the medicinal aftertaste of most functional beverages. This lack of distastefulness results from the exclusion of Glucuronolactone from our formula. Glucuronolactone is an additive popular in most energy drinks though we omit it because of its influence of flavor. Beyond being delicious alone over ice, Sexy-Italia tastes great mixed with anything! With prominent notes of cherries and berries the finish is crisp and slightly bitter which is complimented by sweeter spirits. And with the addition of Ginseng, Guarana and Damiana (scientific name Turnera Aphrodisiaca) Sexy-Italia can have an aphrodisiac effect! 	PREMIUM BRAVA-ITALIA AND SEXY-ITALIA COCKTAILS by Drew D’Errico These premium cocktails were developed by Drew D’Errico, Mixologist at Bartolotta’s Ristorante Di Mare in the Wynn Las Vegas. According to Drew: “The basic building theory for all of these drinks is similar - I wanted to build a cocktail that used the essence of Brava-Italia and Sexy-Italia to be the building block of the drink itself. The tasting panel I used was the other mixologists I work with and the wait staff at Bartolotta’s, half of which are American and the other half are Italian citizens so the opinions of both helped us get cocktails that match not only the American palate but the European palate as well. You will notice that some of the drinks call for more and some for less of the Brava Italia and Sexy Italia because I didn't just want to find a single liquor that went well with the product, although I did find one grappa that goes well on its own.” We are eagerly waiting for additional cocktails from Drew which will include versions of an Espresso Martini, a Chocolate Martini and a Cucumber Martini!
	Portifino Cocktail 6 blueberries Dash of simple syrup 1 1/4 oz Stloi Bluberri 1/2 oz Cointreau 1 oz Pomegranate juice Juice of 1/2 lime Dash of prosecco Filled with Brava Italia Method- In a shaker, muddle berries with syrup, add ice, Stoli, Cointreau, pom juice, lime juice, shake 10-15 seconds, double strain into martini glass, add dash of prosecco and fill with Brava Italia, garnish with 3 skewered blueberries	Gentleman's Relaxation 1 oz Gentleman's Jack Daniels 1/2 oz or Grand Marnier 3/4 oz Fresh sweet and sour Juice os 1/2 lime Dash of frothie Topped with Sexy Italia or Brava Italia Method- In an ice filled shaker, add all ingredients but Sexy Italia, shake 10-15 sec, strain into ice filled highball glass, top with Sexy Italia or Brava Italia, no garnish
	Fangolina 1 large or 2 small strawberries Dash simple syrup 1 oz or either Campari or Aperol 1/2 oz Stoli 1/2 oz Cointreau 1/2 oz Fresh sweet and sour mix Dash of Frothie Topped with Brava Italia Method- In a shaker, muddle berries and syrup, add ice and all other ingredients but Brava Italia. shake 10-15 sec, strain into ice filled highball glass and top with Brava Italia, garnish with a whole strawberry on rim of the glass as a note with this drink Campari or Aperol works well.	Terrano Cocktail 1 1/2 oz Nonino Terrano cru grappa Toped with Sexy Italia Method- Pour both ingredients over ice filled rocks glass no garnish Erotico (A Negroni with Sexy Italia or Brava Italia) 3/4 oz Campari 3/4 oz Cinzano sweet vermouth 3/4 oz Bombay gin Orange wedge Method- In an ice filled shaker, combine all ingredients but Brava Italia, shake 10-15 seconds pour over ice filled rocks glass and top with either Sexy Italia or Brava Italia, garnish with orange.
	Sunset Rose 1 Small strawberry Leaves of half of a rosemary sprig Dash simple syrup 1 1/4 oz Stoli vodka 1/2 oz Fresh sweet and sour mix Juice of 1/2 lime Dash of Frothie Filled with Brava Italia Method- In a shaker, muddle berry with rosemary and syrup, add ice and all other ingredients but Brava Italia, shake 10-15 sec, double strain into martini glass, fill with Brava Italia and garnish with a circle slice of strawberry floating on the drink itself	Tramonto 1 oz Aperol 1/2 oz Cointreau 1 oz Fresh sweet and sour Dash of orange juice Squeeze of 1 lime wedge Dash of frothie Dash of Prosecco Topped with Brava Italia Method- In an ice filled shaker, combine all ingredients but prosecco and Brava Italia, shake 10-15 seconds, strain into champagne flute, dash of prosecco, top with Brava Italia, garnish with an orange twist
